What are you subscribed to in your social media feeds? I constantly see people saying they are going off of social media for whatever reason, but if you are looking at the right things, social media is helpful.
What information you are letting into your brain, Is it beneficial? Do you feel good about it?

Confidence can be a sliding scale in life. When I was teaching burlesque classes regularly I would teach confidence first. I would teach feeling good about yourself first regardless of where you were in life regardless of how you looked or what you weighed.
I have been in a position where I need someone to teach and remind me of that.
Confidence and self esteem isn't something you necessarily wake up one day and have, and have for good.
It's something for all people - but especially highly sensitive, and empathic,( often us artists) have to continue to cultivate. Sometimes it has to be regrown from a pile of burnt ashes, and a feeling of complete void.
These are two channels that have short workouts, that can be done anywhere. Both feature some low impact cardio workouts that can be done in an apartment without making much noise, and if you don't feel like it yet, you don't have to leave the house.
MadFit - She is quick to the point with little wasting time talking before or after. I find the same with workout videos and recipes people seem to add a bunch of descriptive detail or personal stories when you are just trying to cook something or do a work out, and it can be frustrating when you just want to accomplish the task you set out to do,.

She does have some of the extra commentary, but she at least makes BOTH workout videos and those other information videos and separates them. Her personality is welcoming, and her the story of her own journey and challenges with her body chemistry is interesting. Workouts are quick and to the point. The production quality is great. I love her "Bat Wings" workout.
What I have continually discovered is the practice of not allowing external circumstances (people, situations) to disrupt this, but this can be a continual practice even the strongest have to work on.
